The Alexander Technique is a self-help method that promotes well being through a recovery of the awareness of how to use ourselves according to our design. Clients unlearn patterns of thinking and reaction that produce inappropriate tension and learn how to choose to maintain a psycho-physical equilibrium whatever the circumstances. The side benefits can include relief from aches and strains particularly in the neck, shoulder and back.
A regular course of lessons is recommended in order to apply the Technique to every day life.

Kate Kelly
The F.M. Alexander Technique
Kate Kelly has been teaching the Alexander Technique for 17 years. She trains students in London and Barcelona , as well as being a staff member in two London Theatre schools. Kate actively researches the links between voice, poise, breath and intention and offers presentation and presence coaching in the business world. She has run courses and been a guest lecturer in the Netherlands , Denmark , Ireland , France and the USA .
