BACH FLOWER THERAPY

A gentle and effective form of therapy founded by Dr Edward Bach in the 1930s. The remedies embody the essence of the healing qualities of the plant. They take effect by treating the individual as a whole, rather than a particular disease or symptoms. They work by addressing the emotional state of the person and any physical symptoms which may have manifested as a result of that state.

CHINESE HERBS

Chinese herbal medicine utilises the energetic properties of herbs to internally correct imbalances in the body. In the UK only plant based herbs are prescribed - it is illegal to include any animal or mineral products. The Register of Chinese Herbal Medicine strictly controls herb quality in this country, making herbal products from their approved suppliers safe and of a high standard.

OSTEOPATHY

Osteopathy is a system of diagnosis and manual treatment centred on improving the structural integrity of the whole body.
