Ingredients

Lactose (milk) , gum arabic, biotin, iron phosphate, potassium phosphate, magnesium phosphate.

Directions

Dissolve four to eight tablets on or under the tongue three times per day. Children under 12 years of age should use half dosage. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

 12 tablets provide 9.0ug of Biotin (18% Reference Intake). These may safely be taken with other supplements or medicines.
