History: Bach™ Original Flower Remedies are a range of 38 plant- and flower-based essences made from wildflowers, trees, and bushes. Created in the 1930s by Dr Edward Bach, he believed emotional wellbeing is fundamentally connected to our health. Each essence relates to a specific emotion and helps to support positive outcomes in managing that emotion.

How to use
Add two drops of each essence directly on the tongue.
Or add two drops of each essence to a glass of water.
Repeat as necessary.
