The Bach™ Original Flower Remedies are a range of 38 plant- and flower-based essences made from wildflowers, trees, and bushes. Created in the 1930s by Dr Edward Bach, he believed emotional wellbeing is fundamentally connected to our health.

Our complete system is designed to assist you in understanding and balancing your emotions through an individual and personal approach. Each essence relates to a specific emotion and helps to support positive outcomes in managing that emotion.

 Dr Bach would combine up to seven of his essences to create a personalised mix for individuals based on their unique situation.

How do I choose?

To discover the best essence or combination for you, select up to seven of the options that resonate most with you. You can choose from more than one emotional grouping depending on how you're feeling. Up to seven essences can be blended with water to create your own personal mix.
