- Where can I buy the Nelsons Clikpaks?

The Clikpak mechanism has been discontinued. All remedies can be purchased on the Homeopathy Made to Order page Homeopathy Made to Order - Nelson Pharmacies Limited (nelsonspharmacy.com), or by calling the Pharmacy Mail Order on +44 20 70791288 Monday – Friday, 10am – 4pm.
We recommend the 7g Sucrose Pills for the closest size & form to the Clikpak.
- Where can I buy Nelsons Pollenna/Travella/Noctura?

These items are unavailable online or with 3rd party retailers, and can only be purchased in store or by calling the Mail Order line +44 20 70791288. Each combination will come in a 200 tablet size for £13.95.
- Where can I buy Nelsons H Care /Hypercal / Burns and other discontinued Creams?

These items are unavailable online or with 3rd party retailers and can only be purchased in store or by calling the Mail Order line +44 20 70791288. Please be advised that not all creams are available in 30g tubes, and some will come in tubs starting at 50g size.
- Where can I buy alcohol free Bach™Original Flower Remedies?

We do not currently sell or prepare alcohol-free Bach™ Flower Remedies or Kits. Remedies can be diluted in a glass of water or cup of hot tea to evaporate the alcohol. To receive the full dose, ensure the whole beverage is finished.
- How do I buy Dr. Reckeweg / Heel(Biopathica) / GUNA products?

- What is the most effective form of Homeopathic remedy?

All forms are just as effective as each other. The powder form is best for single & low doses. The pills are round globules made from sucrose. The tablets are large, flat & made of sucrose & lactose. The drops are a solution of 80% distilled water and 20% alcohol.
- Can I refund my Made To Order Purchase?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges for Made to Order items due to Health & Safety regulations.
- What health advise can you give?

We give over the phone and over the counter advice for acute short-term ailments. E.g., injuries, coughs, colds, flus, sore throats, amongst others. For anything chronic & long-standing, we will refer you to a practitioner for a full consultation.
- How can I book a consultation?

- What is Homeopathy?

Homeopathy is a complementary system of holistic medicine using natural & sustainable remedies given with the aim to trigger the body’s natural healing mechanisms. A Homeopath will consider the physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing of a person and prescribe a remedy on an individual case by case basis.
- How do I take a Homeopathic Remedy?

Take the remedy on a clean palate away from food & drink – we advise 15 minutes before or after. For pills & tablet keep in the mouth and suck to dissolve. For powder, tip this into the mouth. For drops, dispense these under the tongue.
- Who can take Homeopathic remedies?

Homeopathy is safe, gentle & suitable for all ages and stages of life. This includes use in infants from birth, during Pregnancy, Labour, Post-Partum recovery and Breastfeeding.
- Can you advise on my existing prescription?

We are unable to comment on an existing prescription. Please contact the original prescribing Practitioner for any queries.
- Can I take Homeopathy alongside my other prescriptions?

Homeopathy is safe alongside pharmaceutical medications and herbal supplements. Always consult your Healthcare Practitioner or Pharmacist for further information.
- What to do if I have received an incorrect item in my order?

- How does UK Standard Delivery work?

We aim to ship your items within 48 hours of receipt. Orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st class which is an untracked service and takes 1-5 working days to arrive.
- How does UK Next Day Delivery work?

Orders placed by 12pm will qualify for Next Day Guaranteed Delivery. Royal Mail aims to deliver by 1pm. Please be advised this is a tracked & signed service and may require signature for receipt of delivery. Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the next working day.
- How does Europe Standard Delivery work?
