Take 1-2 sachets per day as a dietary supplement.
For best results, snip or tear the notched end off the sachet, squeeze into 30-60ml of water, or your favourite cool beverage, and drink on an empty stomach, at least 15 minutes before eating.
The contents of the sachet will not dissolve.

INGREDIENTS: Deionized Water, Sodium Ascorbate, Lecithin Phospholipids (Soy), Alcohol (ethanol), Citric Acid (for pH adjustment).
FREE FROM: GMO ingredients, sugar, wheat, gluten, yeast, dairy, meat products, hexane, soy protein, artificial colours and flavours. Non-acidic and gentle on the stomach.
