When do you need it? when you are feeling hopeless, gloomy, like you blame yourself and are carrying guilt without reason.

History: Bach^™ Original Flower Remedies are a range of 38 plant- and flower-based essences made from wildflowers, trees, and bushes. Created in the 1930s by Dr Edward Bach, he believed emotional wellbeing is fundamentally connected to our health. Each essence relates to a specific emotion and helps to support positive outcomes in managing that emotion.

Flower extracts of Mustard flower in Grape alcohol (approx. 27% v/v)., Flower extracts of Gorse in Grape alcohol (approx. 27% v/v), 5x dilution of flower extracts of Pine in a grape alcohol solution.

Chosen to help you find joy, encourage hope, find inner strength and faith to overcome feelings of blame and guilt.

Add two drops of each essence directly on the tongue.

Or add two drops of each essence to a glass of water.

Repeat as necessary. 

Keep in a cool, dry place out of the sight and reach of children.

Do not store above 25C.
