When do you need it? when working through feelings of upset or trauma, either in the past or present, for which you have put on a brave face. As well as any rising feelings of anger, hopelessness and despair.

History: Bach^™ Original Flower Remedies are a range of 38 plant- and flower-based essences made from wildflowers, trees, and bushes. Created in the 1930s by Dr Edward Bach, he believed emotional wellbeing is fundamentally connected to our health. Each essence relates to a specific emotion and helps to support positive outcomes in managing that emotion.

Positive outcomes: renewed faith, hope, and understanding, a sense of inner peace, cheer, openness and optimism. 

Flower extracts of Gorse in Grape alcohol (approx. 27% v/v), Grape alcohol (approx. 27% v/v), flower extract of Agrimony, Flower extracts of Holly in Grape alcohol solution (approx. 27% v/v).

Add two drops of each essence directly on the tongue.

Or add two drops of each essence to a glass of water.

Repeat as necessary. 

Keep in a cool, dry place out of the sight and reach of children.

Do not store above 25C.
