What are Bach^™ Original Flower Remedies?

The Bach^™ Original Flower Remedies are a range of 38 plant- and flower-based essences made from wildflowers, trees, and bushes. Created in the 1930s by Dr Edward Bach, he believed emotional wellbeing is fundamentally connected to our health.

Our complete system is designed to assist you in understanding and balancing your emotions through an individual and personal approach. Each essence relates to a specific emotion and helps to support positive outcomes in managing that emotion.

We pride ourselves on using the Original Bach Flower Remedies and continue to produce the full 38 remedies essences using Dr Bach's original methods, so always look out for the Bach signature.

Single remedy use: Add two drops to water and sip at intervals or add to a 30ml mixing bottle with water. Take four drops a minimum of four times a day.

Multiple remedy use: Add two drops of each remedy (max seven remedies) to a mixing bottle and use as above.

Keep in a cool, dry place out of the sight and reach of children.

Do not store above 25C.
